shipps
The tendency for those of us who have harsh winters and gloomy fall seasons are to just try to endure the weather with lack of motivation during the colder months.I dont want to speak for everyone else but I know this is the case for myself.I have noticed I just try to make it to spring to really get out there and do activities. Now that the summer is over I want to get my guitar fixed and continue on with trying to learn how to play the guitar. It is something that I was self teaching about 5 years ago but gave up when I winded up breaking my guitar while I was tuning it.This fall I want to get a REAL teacher and take it more seriously so I can have somewhat productive half year until the next spring comes. What are you going to do with yourself to be productive these nasty seasons and not just be a lazy ass waiting for the leaves to turn green again? BTW if anyone from here/Chicago area is a good guitar teacher and is offering some lessons or if you know someone let me know. Texsox
I'm going to move somewhere that doesn't have those nasty cold winter months This is by far entering the best time to be living in South Texas. The birding is incredible. Which is why the World Birding Centers are located here. The fishing, hunting, and camping is perfect. On my checklist for this winter Backpack Caprock Canyons / Big Bend / Lost Maples Canoe the Rio Grande again before it is too late. I will do the Roma Bluffs section. Plop Camp at Choke Canyon Sail up the Intercoastal Waterway to Port Mansfield Reenactment and Renaissance Festival South Padre Island International Music Festival Austin Book Festival Pick up a wetsuit for early Spring surfing

Soxy
Sew. I have a boatload of quilting projects to work on (and I'm taking a paper piecing class next weekend). Plus I got a bunch of gorgeous silk very cheap, so I'll probably attempt some dresses too. And I suppose I should work on my dissertation too. . . Yoda
There isn't much that changes in my daily activities unless the weather is surprisingly bad. I am committed to do the following though, which in exchange will be a step forward for the spring to come. Spend more time studying Spend more time on the guitar Clean up my Star Wars collection Spend more time with the family Work on my Camaro and El Camino Get my membership up and running at the gym
