Chicago @ Tampa Bay - ALDS Game 1

I just don't understand how a guy can go from unhittable to a batting practice pitcher from hitter to hitter like Vazquez. That kills me about him. How can you strikeout 200 batters and have an ERA close to 5.00? There is only 1 other pitcher (Burnett) in the bigs with +200 Ks and an ERA over 3.50.

How long are we going to leave Javy in? Javy on the mound in a big game is like the guy at the swamp teasing an alligator. The gator might get him right away, the gator might take a while, but eventually, he's going to get him and kill him. We already died once, hopefully Javy is out before we do again.

Vazquez s***s his pants with the lead, settles down when he s down in the score,WTF

It's not settling down really. The Rays are swinging from their heels right now. Everyone on the team is trying to park it. JV is getting away with some bad pitches.

Because he is a loser, plain and simple.

Vazquez is a servicable #4 inning eater. He has gotten beat by a good hitter today.

The fact is the offense has been not existent in three huge games except for a big swing here and there.

Both are equal to blame for making this harder than it should be.

Now is the time to get some runs.
