How about Biden running his mouth? Why the liberal communist media in the USA does not make this a big issue? They are just attacking Palin. She is not qualified, but Obama is not qualified either and Biden is another mooron. McCain is the best in this group but he is older than an Egyptian pyramid.

Biden's moment:

Biden was speaking about the role of the White House in a financial crisis.

"When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. " He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'"

In 1929, President Hoover was in the White House not Roosevelt.

I'm sorry, I'm reading that this just proves that the white sox are clearly the worst team in the league, in fact, the most frustrating team to EVER make the playoffs. We had our worst starting pitcher going, then we throw in our AAAA pitcher for a lot of the innings after that. We need 1 of 2 from this game and we knew this wasn't the best shot we had. Welcome to the playoffs. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. One game isn't the definition of your team. Do the Cubs, Angels and Brewers all completely suck too! Right!

Where are you getting any of this? I've never claimed the White Sox are the worst in the league or the worst to make the playoffs. Neither do I use this one game as the definition of our team, or the other playoff clubs who lost.

It's not just one game. This is all I'm suggesting. How do division series favor teams which win the first game of the series? We can't just dismiss it. This isn't Game 1 of 162.

Matchups, unless they're part of a large trend (ie, Santana against us) can't be guaranteed to follow as planned. Just because this afternoon wasn't our best chance to win on papaer doesn't mean we'll fare any better tomorrow because Buehrle is going up against a struggling Kazmir. We've seen with Blackburn recently that even struggling pitchers can turn themselves around in one start, against one team. That's why I can't just blow off this game. We had our opportunities to win and blew it. No guarantee we'll do well tomorrow.

First off, my first comment wasn't directed at you. Second off, I was reading the game thread in class, and those comments were uttered, and weren't outliers in the conversation.

Does it suck we lost the first one? yes. But it was our headcase pitcher. If we win tomorrow we are in pretty damn good shape. After september, I'm very confident in our 3 of Buerhle Floyd Danks. I don't see any reason to wave the white flag, and once again CONDEMN this team just because they didn't sweep through the playoffs.

your side had control of the country the last eight years and look at the mess they ve made,it s no surprise Obama is surging in the polls, people want change and McCain is Bush III,"the fundamentals of the economy are strong",McCain on Black Monday,it s easy to be out of touch when you have 13 cars and can t rememeber how many houses you have.

Not to make this a political messege board, but after seeing Palins interviews with Couric, she's dumber than W and look where that's gotten us,McCain is as old as dirt and has a history of cancer so it does matter who replaces him should he,God forbid,win... At least politics has taken my mind off the game we easily couldve won had we started a pitcher that had some cojones.

Like most Obama supporters you make it very obvious where you lean politicaly. if you dont mind becoming a socialist country than whatever that's your choice. However you should just keep your remarks about Palin to yourself b/c I'm sure there are many people on here who dont share the same views as you.

Also that's a great tactic to say you're not trying to make this political but still managing to get your shots in.

Sorry something had to be said.

Rogers on The Score said it was to "get into the head of Balfour" as he supposedly can loose his cool pretty easily. I think Orlando should have focused a little more on hitting the ball than barking and one of the best set up men in baseball this season.

Clown.

That's kind of dumb... especially since he's the one chasing pitches to K... I would think someone has to do something to provoke you to go after them.
