elrockinMT
Harris and Lee both strike out so nothing new going on with theose guys or the offense. I am surprised that WH didn't try his famous bunt tactic.
elrockinMT
Thomas and Ordonez didn't want to give up, but our all-star Everett decided to end the Sox agony. I'll see you all tomorrow on WGN. Maybe we get to see a rookie phenom pitch? Any word on who goes in game 2 tomorrow?
Mr. Showtime
I just now had the opportunity to get on Soxnet and MLB gameday. The first thing I see after the score is Koch giving up a double to the first batter he faces. It looks like we are shot for sure... Well, Everett dropped the ball. So that one isn't on Koch. Homer was though.

Diid Everett make a running try for it or something? Also I wonder how many homers Koch has give up this year?
greg775
We ought to rebuild around defense and pitching. We can't hit, that's for sure.

I guess they did, it was blast to deep center. Carl ran back reached over his head and caught it but dropped it as he turned around. Oh well. Oh well. Everett got a bad jump on it, gloved it but it came out. Rowand and Harris would have caught it easily. Doesn't matter.
elrockinMT
Thanks Showtime. I guess it just goes to show that when things go wrong you never get a break. The problem is that almost the entire season has been this way. Like I said I'll be watching tomorrow night on WGN.
