drowninginflame
They beat us fair and square and here on out I'm cheering for the little guy. I hope they beat the snot out the Red Sawks.
zenryan
I want a Rays/Dodgers series. I'd like to see the Rays win b/c they deserve it and it would be a nice story. I'd like to see LA win it so Torre can give a big FU to the Yankees.
rangercal
I can't root for them. I hope Vlad/Papi knocks them out of the playoffs on a walk off grand slam with Balfour pitching.
kjshoe04
Good for the Rays. I'll be cheering for them. Anyone but the Red Sox really.
Jordan4life_2007
I wouldn't mind if the Rays won it all. You just don't go from last place to winning it all in one year. If they meet the Redsox, they'll be exposed.
Kenny Hates Prospects
I hope the Rays win the ALCS because I hate the Red Sox and I hate ESPN. Go Dodgers/Phillies!

rangercal
Have fun rooting for cowbells. That's not baseball. I like the team. The bandwagon fans with their cowbells, not so much. Edited October 7, 2008 by rangercal
ThunderBolt
Espn wants Dodgers-Red Sox. So here's to Phillies-Rays!!! I like both teams with the exception of a few players (coughBalfourcough), and would prefer some energy injected into the Series this year, anyone, but the Red Sox at this point. They're a very well-run organization, but they are very much wearing out their october welcome
soxman352000
I'd love to see them go all the way. At least we would have been beaten by the best and there isn't any shame in that
fathom
I'll tell you what DJ, the 3 best teams I've seen this year are the Angels, White Sox, and Cubs
greg775
I can't root for the Rays either. Call me crazy but the young guns from the Dome I don't think are that good either. Remember they and the Twins had crazy winning percentages in their s***ass domes. Boston might as well win another one so they won't be as jacked for next year. Swingandalongonetoleft
AL wise I hope the Rays sink the Red Sox. Besides the fact that I lump Boston into the same category as the Cubs, I think the Rays might be easier for my runner up rooting interest to the Sox, Philly. I've been a Phils fan for a long time, and that was sweetened in recent years with their Sox connection. When I don't wear my Sox cap, it's the Phillies I represent. I've always also liked the Dodgers (and now with Torre/Manny, even moreso) and Angels, and I've got a place in Seminole about 20 minutes from the Trop which has allowed me many Devil Ray games in years past. The only two teams in this years crop I couldn't care less about were the Sawks and Cubbies. God how I wish the Yanks could have taken that blasted team's spot... FlaSoxxJim
Yeah, time to make peace with te St. Pete family I married into. Rays all the way! That said. . . I have ALCS game 1 and Game 2 tickets, but it's going to be hard watching playoff baseball without the White Sox in the mix.

sayitaintso
I would like to see a Rays-Dodgers World Series, but i won't be mad if the Phils get in instead. I can't stand the Red Sox anymore.
