klaus kinski
Herb Score, a former pitcher for Cleveland and long-time announcer for the club, passed away at his home in Rocky River, Ohio on Tuesday. He was 75. Herb was an amazing pitcher for the Indians before being beaned by Yankees Gil McDougal and finished career with the Sox as a wild ineffective pitcher. I saw him pitch for the Sox- Before the beaning there he would have been one of the all time greats.

Milkman delivers
For a second, my heart dropped to my feet. You can imagine why. But, RIP Herb Score.
BearSox
He wasn't beaned, he was hit in the face by a line drive. If it wasn't for that line drive, Herb would have easily been in the HOF with the kind of stuff he had. He was arguably the best pitcher at his time before getting hit. RIP.
