Take the player in the premium position, who does not have an injury history, who has both power and speed and the age advantage. Of course, there is no reason or chance that this trade will and would take place, I was just curious to see how attached some Soxtalkers are to CQ. Balta1701 Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 The one thing that makes me hesitate is the fact that Ramirez is actually going to be slightly more expensive than TCQ because he got the jump on him in MLB service time. Starting next year he'll average $11.7 mil a year for the next 6 years, which actually makes him the 4th most expensive SS in baseball.
