shipps
QUOTE (daa84 @ Jan 21, 2009 -> 12:51 PM) college did a number on my body, and now that I'm a year and a half removed i've been trying to make up for 4 years of horrendously unhealthy living. I'm not too concerned with strength training, but am trying to lose weight, so naturally I'm looking for cardio. Right now, I don't belong to a gym, but have a treadmill and bike in the basement. I just bought a jump rope also. Anyone got any good cardio workouts that can be done indoors during the winter (outside of the bike, treadmill, and jump rope)? Working out at home never works. To get a good routine going you have to go out of the house cause thats your sanctuary of laziness.

dasox24
Anyone know much about NO2 as a supplement? I have 2 friends who take it and they're trying to convince me to as well, but I can't find any real info on the stuff since most of the sites talking about it are trying to sell it, so of course they're going to make it sound awesome. It's supposed to give you a better 'pump' during your workouts. I'm not sure how that's supposed to result in permanent, long term gains though. You'll find both extremes of opinions, try it for yourself. I tried it and it did nothing for me except make me kinda queasy, it felt like a stimulant, no different than having 4 cups of coffee.
