In Gainesville, Florida OF/WR Riley Cooper was ejected for the 2nd time in 11 games this year for his actions in a bench clearing brawl vs Duquesne. Trailed 7-0 after 3 innings but exploded for 7 in the 5th to give us an 8-7 lead before tacking on a run in the 8th. Congrats to Illinois for taking 2 of 3 at LSU. For anyone familiar with Titans baseball, they should know that Fullerton doesn't typically hit hr's and there freshman hitter Ramirez is unreal. The guy is a f***ing manchild. zenryan Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 5-4 win over Duke to improve to 4-0 in ACC play. Team is pitching well as expected and the offense is very clutch. Hopefully they keep improving on offense so we can be a contender as the season goes on.
