Dick Allen
$1 MILL if he makes the team it says. That's a pretty good deal considering he can give you well above average defense at 3 positions and when he's hot, he drives in big runs.

watchtower41
Whenever I will think of Juan Uribe, I will forever think about Game 4, Bottom of 9, 1 out. That catapult into the stands was nothing short of amazing coming from our own Taz Devil. If he had the name Jeter on the back of his jersey, that play alone might have got him an entire wing in the HOF. I will miss you Senor Juan, just not when you dip down below the Mendoza line. I don't blame you though, I know you think its warmer down there.

DBAHO
I criticized him a lot in his time here, but that's a good deal for the Giants. His good defensive play will be missed.

daa84
i liked juan, but am glad he is gone...he's horrid offensively...though he does have value in his glove...he played the best SS in chicago i've seen...including ozzie, royce clayton and valentin....either way, that last inning of the WS will never be forgotten, and even if don't want him on this years team, its always a little sad seeing a member of that 05 team go....only a few are left...buerhle, bobby, dye, konerko, AJ

hawksfan61
That's not bad for a guy that can play 3 IF positions fairly well and has a little pop in his bat. I am a little shocked he couldn't at least get a guaranteed contract somewhere.
witesoxfan
One of the dumbest hitters I've ever seen in my life, but when he had to fight for his job or bring in a run, he was there to do the job well. Good luck to Baby Berroa.
