RockRaines
I must admit, I eat buffalo wings at least once a week, usually twice. I cannot get enough of them. Hot, mild, BBQ, hot BBQ, it doesnt matter. I will be attending this event this weekend, and I thought I would put this info on here for you other addicts who want to help a good cause. http://www.wingfest.net/index.html
FlaSoxxJim
Wish I was there - I also love good wings. There's a place here that does brilliant garlic wings I could eat every day and another place close to work that does jerk wings that are out of this world. Now I'm hungry. Texsox
I'm digging the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. I've gotten away from the usual wet red ones. I also like shrimp that have been given the same treatment. My ex snagged the commercial deep fryer I owned, I use to love making them at home. I'd actually argue that their food in general is a tad underrated. Everyone knows why guys go there, for the most part, but I really think their food is pretty decent. My favorite all-time wings are from Tres Hombres in Carbondale. Edited February 18, 2009 by Leonard Zelig
