KipWellsFan
Don't you think that Dontrelle Willis should have pitched in tonight's game. One of the biggest stars in the game and after all the hoopla about him not making the game at first. Was it requested by the Marlins? CubKilla
Probably wasn't brought in because Dusty Baker never saw him pitch But, if I'm not mistaken, Prior didn't pitch either. Or did he? I was listening to the game intermittently at work and didn't hear his name mentioned in the game recaps. Correct me if I'm wrong please. southsider2k5
I was glad to see that two of the biggest jokes in the ASG didn't get to pitch... Lance Carter and Mike Williams.

Joel
I think if Baker was smart he would have brought in Willis just to face Blalock. Given him the advanatge at the plate, and then bringing in Smoltz for the last couple outs. But since Baker had not seen Willis play he didn't want him to pitch

And if Dusty used Baker, you'd have Jenkins at short, or something ridiculous like that. He couldn't use him.

I know he pitc hed at the Piss Whole on Friday or Saturday I was just going on the comment Baker made when Willis wasn't picked.
Grebeck Fan Club
Six guys didn't play for either squad. Maybe there are too many All-Star roster spots? Hmm.. .

And I think 10 of those guys were pitchers, the other 2 were postion players. Dimitri Young and Geoff Jenkins

Ya i haven't watched the game yet, i just heard somewhere they pulled wagner and put in Gagne Willis would have been a fine choice there then i guess, but you can't second guess Gagne vs anybody
