its funny how meaningless spring training is. wise can be lucky and hit off pitchers that dont care, are working on things or that are scrubs and end up hitting .500, and making the team , yet it wont matter once the games count. he'll suck as always

well JVB so far has 5 pitches and 4 outs...both are extremely difficult stat lines to attain

 

 

edit : i think im a bit slow..it doesn't appear gameday is tracking the pitches....

Maybe, but they had Rauch at 7 strikes, 5 balls, meaning theyre keeping balls on atleast one guy other than Owen's walk.

 

But youre prob right, every hitter cant be going after the first pitch....can they?
