Loaiza21
Look at the Royals who play Seattle the next couple days and then the White Sox playing Detroit at HOME. I think we can gain some ground right here.

If we can beat Detroit, it's a strong possibility, but that didn't work out too well when we played them in Detroit or even the last time they were at the Cell and beat us 2 out of 3. Last time someone said something about being able to gain ground on the Royals we went on a 3-13 streak against teams like the Devil Rays, Tigers, and Indians. I hope this doesn't happen again. DonkeyKongerko
We should just ban this board from looking at our schedule optimistically. We looked at our ez April schedule and we sucked. Then our ez schedule before the break and we sucked. I think its pretty clear we can't take anyone for granted cheering for this team. Detroit, Cleveland, Toronto, and Tampa Bay? We've f***ed!

With JM helming the team and a different line-up guaranteed every-f***ing-day, who knows how we're going to do against the 5-wins-in-the-last-6-meetings Detroit Tigers . Someone please explain to me why, given this stat out of so many stats to give, JM still has a f***ing job with the White Sox ? Please? Anybody? And don't give me the "JM doesn't play the games, the players do" bulls***. Gimme something original for keeping JM.

AMEN I am so tired of the easy schedule threads, with this team there is NO such thing .

southsider2k5
I have an idea, maybe we can pull a retro day all weekend at Comiskey and make the Tigers wear their 1984 jersey's, and then convince the players that we are actually playing the good Tigers. You know, Alan Trammell isn't actually the manager but playing SS, etc... Can someone find Jack Morris?
