watchtower41
I'd take Chase Utley without blinking an eye.... second Lincecum or David Price
DukeNukeEm
Hanley Ramirez would be a godsend.
JPN366
A player that would seem easily attainable, realistically, and would fit at least one, if not many needs for the White Sox...Gregor Blanco. I wonder if Kenny Williams inquired about his availibility during the Javier Vazquez trade talks. He seems like an odd man out in Atlanta with Jordan Shaefer, Brandon Jones, Jeff Francouer & Jason Heyward as the future of the Braves outfield. That's Gregor Blanco, folks, CF, potential leadoff hitter, speedster, good defense, only 25. He's playing for Venezuela in the WBC if you want to check him out. ILMOU
QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Mar 12, 2009 -> 01:00 PM) Hanley Ramirez would be a godsend. I'm seeing a lot of Hanley and Grady - both excellent choices. A stud righty starter would also be sweet. Living here in Colorado, I'm turning queer for my man Ubaldo Jimenez. Anyone see his 10 strikeouts in 4 innings vs. Ned the other day? (I know it's the Netherlands, but still). Guy's going to be as good, or better, than Lincecum - you heard it here first. His body foretells a longer career than Lincecum as well. greg775
In a dream world, we could use another stud starter. A real real stud. That would be CC.
jenksycat
maybe we can trade all these prospects for Hanley in a year or 2 when the marlins have to get rid of him due to having a 10mil payroll
Jimmywins1
Sizemore, no question. Solves our leadoff & CF problems and give us a perennial MVP candidate to go along with God. Edited March 13, 2009 by Jimmywins1

JPN366
QUOTE (bmags @ Mar 12, 2009 -> 08:48 PM) You could add any major league player in the world, and you chose Gregor Blanco? I was talking about a player who could REALISTICALLY be added, as I said clearly in my post. One who would fit some or more of the current needs of the White Sox.
