soxfan3530
Im a BA fan and think he might have a solid year, but when do you think people will stop picking him for a breakout year?
bmags
I don't know, after last year I felt people were all about ready to write fields off. I felt the board seem to want Viciedo to step up so Josh we wouldn't be stuck with him.
Steve9347
I went with Fields and thought I'd be in the minority...
Dick Allen
I'm a BA guy. I also said I would have traded Swisher straight up for Betimet, but I don't think he'll get the ABs to surprise. Colon, I think was a wise signing. Even if they falter, I think he perform well enough, and get paid low enough someone might part with decent piece in exchange of his services the second half. DukeNukeEm
He got set back by injury, but I think once Jayson Nix gets back, he is gonna take the 2nd base job away from Getz and never look back... Until Gordon Beckham shows up.
SoxFan562004
I think he will only be adequate defensively, but I have a feeling Fields is going to tear it up offensively this year
BaseballNick
I'm on the Chris Getz bandwagon. I expect him to post some very solid numbers. Josh Fields was a close second for me. I think Josh will cut down on the Ks this year, but his defense will continue to frustrate us.
beck72
I voted Getz. While he'll likely start the year hitting 8 or 9, he'll probably end up leading off by the end of the year. I wouldn't be surprised with Getz playing solid defense, and hitting a .280 avg with a .345 OBP.
Goober
Jimmy Owens, I think he could win Rookie of the Year
