Heads22 Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 Any thoughts on the court under his leadership so far? Hasn't been a whole lot of talk about the Supreme Court in a while. While I may not agree with his views, I think he was a qualified choice and had no major issues with his appointment. Discuss, peons......discuss. Eminently qualified, and while he wasn't maybe my ideal match ideologically, at least he has an interperetation level of the Constitution that is fairly consistent. He signed onto a dissent arguing for greater Federal authority to overrule the wishes of a states' voters in siding with Alberto Gonzales in '06.
