Princess Dye
That play was definitely something Crede wasnt so good at. Overall Joe's heyday will still be superior defensively but Fields has the athleticism over him, evident on plays like that one.
soxfan3530
that sucks. buehrle got the ball he needed.

Balta1701
97 pitches for Buehrles through 5. Between a tight strike zone and not having his good stuff, 2 runs over 5 innings is hard to complain about. Not sure if we'll see Mark in the 6th, probably entirely up to him. aprec32
Whatever happens from here on out..........you can't blame Buehrle, 5 innings 2 runs. Not bad IMO.
GoodAsGould
All things considering only giving up 1 run there is a success, woulda been sweet if we were able to turn the double play though. Defense looked pretty good that inning.
DBAHO
I'd let MB start the inning, but Richard or DJ should be warming up in the pen right now also. Any sign of trouble, get him out of there.
caulfield12
Well, Buehrle battled his butt off. We now shall see how good our "second tier" relievers are in the heat of a close game. Very encouraging defense today...Josh had a ball go by him because he was protecting against an Olivo bunt, but that "jump pass" might end up being the key out of the game if the White Sox can come back and win. The teams have traded numerous opportunities back and forth, with neither team getting an clutch hits to create some breathing room. Getz and Ramirez are looking like a promising keystone combo. jphat007
KC wears Mark out from time to time, so 2ER in 5 ain't all that bad.
