Wow, that was a terrible throw by Cutler. He really needs to start getting a lot more criticism. I wonder when the media will start with the Good Cutler/Bad Cutler like they started with Rex.

The throw was there. The problem is the defense was allowed to bump the receiver and pick him off of the play. If Davis didn't get picked off the play its right on the money. Thats not on Cutler.

Defensive player had every right to that play, IMO. Of course, throwing downfield to K. Davis probably isn't a recipe for success.

He has the right to the play...as long as it doesn't involve contact with Olsen so he doesn't have a play on it

He put the ball where the receiver was. Thats what a QB is supposed to do. If the receiver falls down, gets bumped or turns the other way its not on the QB. Certain INTs are on the QB. Thats not one of them.

Yeah that would be a fantastic idea. This f***ing coaching staff needs more criticism, not one of the few decent offensive players we have.

You know I think Turner is an absolute joke, and can't believe he still has a job (the similarities between him and Greg Walker are scary).

Funny comment from my wife, who is much less critical than I am "was Forte on steroids last year, as he seems slower than s*** this season"

I could have sworn it was #87 on that play.

does that change the fact that it was PI?

In other news, someone who is taping this game PLEASE run through and count how many s***ty screen plays we run. I'd say at least 1-2 per series

Only one of the INTs tonight (the red zone) was actually Cutler's fault.

And I'd even debate that one. Turner put Cutler in the position where he had to force something or waste another nice drive.

But the good ol' media will make it out to be Cutler is the worst QB in the history of the game, dumb fans lap that s*** up, and we run him outta town in a couple years.

All I have seen tonight.

Receivers falling down.

Receivers not catching the ball unless its hits them in the breadbasket.

Receivers shying away from contact.

John Shoop is back to being our offensive coordinator.

Line getting raped.

Cutler probably had no clue when he came here what a cluster f*** of poor talent we have on both sides of the ball. We need to start to get receivers. Not athletes that they think they can turn into a WR because of a fast 40 yard split.

Don't get me wrong guys, I like Cutler a hell of a lot more than I did Orton. However, he needs to get his composure back right now. He's having a dreadful game and has now missed a few easy passes to go along with his picks.

See this is the exact argument I don't understand. If 3/4 of his picks are not his fault and everyone around him is failing...why the hell is it his fault? Logic fail.

The receivers, o-line, and coaching staff need to get their composure back.

Well, I'm not giving him the benefit of the doubt on the first and last pick. He was playing solid football in first half, but he's missed some easy passes in 2nd half and he got extremely lucky the 49ers didn't have a pick 6 on the last play of the Bears last drive.

The funny thing is that before tonight, I thought our wide receivers were actually playing good football all season. Minimal drops, key catches, etc.

The routes they run well are those where they get beyond the linebackers. Deep routes where there is a lot of space. But all season long, on short plays they are skitish of getting decked. They either shy away from contact or stop their routes altogether.

I've seen Knox and Bennett do this several times, that accounts for some of Cutler's INTs

This team is one of the worst-assembled and worst-coached teams I've seen in a long time.

Seriously, put Lovie and Angelo out of their misery. Just dumb-assed, stupid play by bad players who shouldn't have been drafted. Idiot 1 and Idiot 2 should be sent on their way. And take Idiot 3 (Turner) with them.

great discipline guys!!!! Way to be, not a close game or anything

Got to love Chris Williams contributing. Sure he lets defensive lineman have a clear path to kill our highly paid QB. But at least he makes up for it by doing stupid stuff at the end of the game, like having personal fouls.
