You just have to know that Konerko is going to get over that hump. He seems like a pretty smart guy that cares about the team and he's got a great swing.

That goes for Crede too. It could be more difficult for Creedy as he has a little less experience.

I probably should start another topic but right now I don't care.

Jas what do you think about Travis Harper from the Devil Rays. He's a guy I'd really like to have on the Sox. Not really sure why, other than I know we need more relief. He's good a good K to BB ratio with a respectable ERA of 3.26.

Not familiar with him, but the numbers look good.

Ya know what Kip, we must always like the same players.  The two Kip fans and two of the lone Konerko supporters.  He roped that one down the line earlier in the game but got robbed.

You guys must also take in stray dogs and feed wild cats :D

I am still a Konerko supporter and I have 3 stray cats I adopted, you gotta problem wit dat? :P

Speaking of stray cats one of the first things I noticed when I moved to Texas was how many strays were around the neighborhood. With no winter to thin their ranks and plenty of swimming pools, lizards, etc. they do nicely.

Do you think we would be talking cats if we were 8 games in front of KC?

No, we'd be talking about our world series tickets ;)

And I would be figuring out every angle to get back to Chicago for it.
