I am a bit of a snob, I will only eat Guerra's Brand from San Manuel, Texas. The seasoning is perfect, and I know they use quality meat. At the store I buy it at (kinda like an all-purpose ethnic food store) they just have the sweet and spicy kinds. The spicy isn't really that hot, how do you make it hot? Red pepper?
