Has anyone ever seen AJ throw out a runner by that large of a margin?

It was a hit and run and Lillibridge didn't make contact. AJ would have thrown the runner out just as easily. AJ doesn't throw well but Floyd and Contreras give him no chance.

Whiff on the hit and run and BA is out. I don't think Lilli really has the plate coverage for a hit and run--he's so small.

Hit and run works beautifully with Getz, Lillibridge not so much.

toronto playing like they don't care today, tons of defensive miscues, and halladay doesn't have anything close to his best stuff, and we're stranding runners left and right

meanwhile jose is sharpening up, we have to take this game, there's no excuse for not winning today

AJ defiantly has a weak arm, but a lot of the steals against the Sox are against our pitchers -- we have notoriously bad pitchers (aside from Buehrle/Danks) when it comes to keeping runners in check. And Contreras is one of the worst in the game when it comes to getting rid of the ball.

It's really scary how he still swings and misses at so many fastballs in the 90 mph range.

he loads his swing regardless of the pitch-type, which makes his swing look as slow as a slug on fastballs but he crushes breaking pitches

Bulls game is good

Up until the end of regulation. Tyrus Thomas is not a smart basketball player, should have handed the ball to Gordon or Rose after the rebound.
