i asked my girlfriend if she wanted to try this program together over her summer break and to my surprise she did not immediately shoot it down. I do need to find out some details though.

1. How long are the workouts? Is a warm-up and cool down included in those times?

2. How much space do we need for the exercises that require movement?

3. I already have a pull-up bar that allows narrow, wide, and neutral grips. Would I need to get the "extreme" model with the extra grips?

Possibly more to come.

No, you're good on the pullup bar, maybe get some bands for her.

Workouts are usually 60 min or so except for yoga, its 90 terrible min. That includes warm up and cool down. You only need probably about 15x15 min space to do the workouts, probably even less. I use my living room in my condo so its plenty big.

One day down. I can safely say I hate diamond pushups and divebomber pushups.

Nice. Divebomber pushups will get better once you get used to the form a little bit more. As for diamond pushups, they will probably always suck ;)

CST kicked my ass again today...I will never be able to fully do those damn two-twitch pushups...

Just when you think you are about done he hits you with the one arm balance pushups followed by fly row press. f***.

Damn straight. First time I did it I couldn't even finish it. I'm actually doing it tomorrow. My week got real screwed up because of a bunch of stuff that came up, and I had to move plyo day to the end of the week. So its plyo tomorrow and then my first recovery week. Should be interesting to get to do some new things like core syn. You guys already have me living in fear of CST

First time I did plyo was a f***ing wake up call.

I think it is for everyone. I don't think Tony was lying when he said they tried to hire a bunch of hotshots to do it and they couldn't get through it. I have heard stories of professional athletes not being able to complete plyo.

I sort of limped through it tonight. Just exhausted from working night shifts combined with waking up early for NCAA tourney basketball.

But I feel better now :)

Thats the great thing about these workouts. Whether you get through everything with good form, or you struggle through a lot of things because your tired, you still feel great at the end.

I finally got all the stuff together and got started last night. So, that's a lot of pushups but I did enjoy it. I'm expecting the pull-up bar to collapse and me to break a leg or something but other than that it's cool. The trainer dude is hilarious which helps except when he made me laugh a couple times while I'm in the midst of putting everything I've got into a set's last push-up hahaha.

Yeah I find him hilarious in KenpoX lol.

BTW what kind of soup do you guys make when you do the arm swirley things (I forget the name of the person they are named after)

Also, I would really like to do the German chick in the chest and back workout.

Plyo tonight, that is all.

Hey Shack, have you seen more of a muscle size increase in phase 2 rather than toning? I feel like my muscle growth has really sped up in this phase, but the definition isnt what it is with phase 1 workouts.

Yep.

Phase 1 I leaned out like a motherf***er.

Phase 2 I put some bulk back on.

My weight loss stopped and started increasing a bit.

I can send you some pics if you want to see...I can't seem to shrink them enough to fit on here.
