iamshack
Knocked out Back & Chest today. This is my second week on the program and my second time with Back & Chest. Did far better today than the first time. Can already tell that I am developing strength in muscles that was not there the first go around with this workout. Still have a long way to go with some of the more difficult pushup exercises though, such as military and diamond style pushups. Those dive bombers are tough to do correctly as well. Rock, how is it going for you?

iamshack
Made it all the way through Plyo today, which I am pretty happy about, since I only made it about 60% through last week. It's amazing how far you can go with your fitness level in just 10 days. Couldn't be happier with this program thus far.

WilliamTell
Yoga day for me. Watching me attempt to do yoga might be the funniest thing around, I suck so bad at it and I'm not improving too much either.

If you are anything like me, you'll quit after 45 minutes, and along the way develop new found respect for Yoga.

RockRaines
Yoga continues to be the worst DVD of the bunch. Talking to some folks on the beachbody board, alot of them have subbed it out for fountain of youth yoga, which I will be doing as well. 45 min of vinyasas followed by ridiculous balance poses for a guy with no balance is stupid. iamshack
Hey Rock...you have an iphone? I am really concerned about getting enough calories, so I was looking for a calorie counter app. Livestrong has an awesome counter that keeps track of everything, down to the exact brand and type of everything you eat. $2.99 at the app store. Just an awesome tool for this workout plan. I have been totally calorie deficient and I am a bit concerned about my metabolism slowing way the hell down. So this will help. iamshack
Did Legs & Back before work this morning. Started right out of bed at 3:30. I really will try to avoid this in the future...I think I almost vomited afterwards...but I have plans to go out right after work and didn't want to try and do it late tonight. Dedication, baby! iWiN4PreP
Ok Im buying this right now. Now I'm interested in the equipment. -Chair (Checked) -Yoga Mat ? -Resistance Bands ? -Pull-up Bar ? -Perfect Pushups (Check) -Dumbbells (Checked, partially, I got 2 15's, 1 adjustable dumbells, and some others, could use maybe 2 20's or something) So It looks like I need a Yoga Mat, Resistance Bands, and a Pull up bar? Is this all I would need? Any amazon.com links would be good Also One question: This includes my running schedule as well to? So I wouldn't be doing this workout everyweek and also running, running is involved in the workout? I just don't want to lose my endurance / heart health. I don't know why they recommend pullup bars so much when the majority of people can do like 3. I went with resistance bands instead, in 20 LB, 25 LB, and 30 LB form. I bought a workout/yoga mat. This is really all you need initially. I'm going to buy the adjustable dumbbells in a few weeks I think though. I wanted to make sure this is a program I would stick with before I went and spent too much money. The bands I bought were from Dick's Sporting Goods. As for your running, you can continue doing it, but I would scale it back if I were you to a few days a week. There is cardio involved here, and trust me, your heart will get plenty of work here. iWiN4PreP
This is what I want, correct?: http://www.amazon.com/P90X-Extreme-Fitness..._pr_product_top Can you do pullups in any volume at all? I don't know why they recommend pullup bars so much when the majority of people can do like 3. I can do a few, not gonna lie - I'm sure I'd fail pretty hard at first, but very many people do recommend it I see. Honestly - I think I have this to, I'll have to ask my brother. I bought a workout/yoga mat. Kool, kool. As for your running, you can continue doing it, but I would scale it back if I were you to a few days a week. Sorry, I was out last night and couldn't answer you more quickly. It looks like that is what you want. I ordered mine directly from beachbody.com, because there were complaints about people getting burned or ripped dvds from Amazon merchants, and not receiving the nutritional book or the exercise book. I ordered from beachbody.com and paid an extra $9 to get guaranteed DVD replacement for life should any of the discs get scratched or fail. You can go with the pullup bar if you want. I bought it myself, the Iron Gym Extreme bar, but I cannot use it because the doorways in my condo are too wide. But I think it was a blessing in disguise, at least for the time being, because I am getting so much done with the bands simulating pullups as opposed to struggling to do like 3. I do use the pullup bar for chair dips though, so at least it is being used for something.

iamshack
Did Cardio last night after work. Made it through the workout fine, but felt pretty wiped afterwards. I have been struggling to get both enough sleep the last few nights, as well as enough calories, so I think that may have something to do with it. Rock, did you ever have an issue with your calorie intake the first month or so?
