Hopefully we never seen Lillibridge's puny lil' face again.

The kid is ok with a glove so he is back up material. Maybe he will go back down to the minors and practice on his swing as was advised by Ozzie

So how well are the Sox gunna fare off this Brett Cecil kid and his 0.64 ERA? :(

I actually feel blindly optimistic about this series. We've played our best baseball in a dome, might as well continue it? Go Johnny Danks!

Toronto, Texas and Kansas City are all playing as good as anyone in the A.L. right now and the Sox played them 11 of the last 18 games.

Harrison for Texas looked good yesterday, real good.

I think they take one of the four and hopefully take two. The AL Central is terrible.

Guess I'll be the pessimist.

I'm feeling Toronto pitching throws a shutout. Thank god I'm going to miss this one, yet another starter our team hasn't faced in Cecil going against us.

That and we seem to always struggle in the SkyDome.

Thome always hits well in Cleveland so that doesn't mean antyhing to me, just wish Ozzie would stop playing him against righties, youd think a .200 something average vs righties would be a wakeup call to bench him.

And its about time Lilly is gone, hes is so awful, I don't care what he fixes in the minors he doesn't have MLB talent.

It was against the Ms but it still made me feel a little better to see him pitch well against another team, often that doesn't happen when the Sox get dominated by an unknown/bad pitcher

I like this lineup, except I would move Getz to third and let Nix play 2B.

Nix has a much stronger arm than Getz, so its much better to keep Getz at 2B. Besides, Nix is being used as a bench guy, better to move him around than Getz.

Why is it Nix can be moved all over the Field but Ramirez is entrenched at short? Has Ramirez been all that great out there? He played a good third last year and is suppossed to be a good centerfielder. Is his psyche that weak?

It's the wise move to let Ramirez develop at SS. He's the best defender we have at SS, and his future is there. He's still a project and still needs to develop. We're not going to throw all of the upside he potentially brings because of a rough start to the season offensively.

Nix on the other hand needs to show he can play all these different spots to keep a roster spot. His ability to play good D at 2B and possibly 3B and SS as well only increases his value to the team.
