I hope Sox did not blow there only real opportunity against Doc!

another situation that really is befuddling is when there is 0 or 1 out a runner on first and the #3 & #4 hitters are both left handed and coming up with the first baseman holding why would you steal? i find that to be utterly stupid. jeter was thrown out yesterday in the 1st and then tex hit a double yesterday in that very situation. bad baseball.

Ozzie isn't there. Joey Cora is in charge. Joey is the biggest reason I don't want Ozzie to quit. He most definitely would be the replacement.

Wheres Ozzie? Graduation? Well now its 2-1 on my feed. What the f***, why would directtv have such a late feed.

When Wise comes back, who would you prefer to see the Sox keep, Pods or Wise? Wise plays better D and hits for a lot more power, but Pods is probably the better hitter and the better base runner.

Right now, I'd rather keep Pods when/if Wise ever comes back.

directv is horrible, when the sox are at home I hear the fireworks before I see it on tv.

Its pretty sweet for me though, I get all of the baseball games in HD. Pods 0-1 now. So I think I'm on a good feed now. Just have to listen to the Jays announcers.

So I really don't like Fields anymore. He looks 100% lost at the plate.

I've come to the conclusion that the guy just isn't a baseball player. He's got the tools, but lacks instincts and baseball know-how.

Could you imagine how low his batting average would be if he didn't have all the bloopers in the first few weeks? He has only a handful of hard hit balls all season.

He's the same as he was when everyone was making a big deal out of him, except he's not hitting all the homers. He really had never hit homers at that pace previously in the minors and he probably will hit homers more frequently than he has this season, but his performance is really not shockingly worse than before.

Fields strikeouts pace for the year is well over 200!

He might be trying to set a record. He figures he can't set a productioin record so let it be non-production

Maybe the skinny kids got used to the good soft life of America?

Well, if he wants to set the record, he better start going 1-3 with 2 k's and a double or a homer rather than 0-3 with 2 k's and a bloop out.
