Probably, but he's been know as a better LH hitter than right during his career and Ozzie rarely uses him from the left side. When its late and you need runs you need to go with a guy that gives you a chance. Fields hasn't been that guy. If you aren't going to use Betemit there, you might as well just release him. Viciedo is just starting to get some hits. He's got a nearly 10/1 k/BB ratio, and his average is just starting to go up as he's learning how to use his power more. Beckham's not only been in a slump lately but he's been injured. He's working through his first little skid in the big leagues. Now's not the time to promote them.
