This umpire really sucks. He's not giving us any favors tonight.

I really dislike Wolf. He's never been good to us.

But Hawk really needs to calm down. It's a bad call, but if that is gonna be the difference between us winning and losing the game tonight, we deserve to lose.

:lolhitting

Let's hear some quotes.

He's STILL talking about it. Just saying how horrible the call was, "He's a good ump, but he blew that, big time. Game changer."

Come on Josh. You gotta hit that. He's not gonna risk walking you, so he is obviously gonna be coming in with the fastball. All 3 of those fastballs were very hittable, especially in the situation Josh was in.

Figures we score 17 yesterday and now we are struggling to score 2...

Well, this is Saunders we're facing, he's a lot better. I'm more stoked about Bartolo's awesome game so far *knock on wood*.

So the Sox probably would have scored 5 runs if that pitch was called a ball. OK Hawk. I love BA but he fouled the next pitch off and swung and missed the next one after that. Chances are he would have done nothing.

Hawk was actually right that Brian probably wouldn't have swung at that last pitch had the other not been called a strike. it sets up the high fastball.
