maggsmaggs
Perfect time to steal third with Pods. Lefty on the mound, righty in the box.

fathom
Alexei seems to be hitting a ton of weak balls to right field these days. It's almost the opposite from how he was the first 30 games.
shipps
I love pods more now since he signed with us than I ever did before. i was never really a fan of his.

shipps
QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Jun 3, 2009 -> 07:58 PM) Beckham watch: 3-3, 2 2Bs. that is great but did he have any errors (the most important stat) cause we know the kid can flat out rake already. He had three in his first three games.
The Ginger Kid
Stoney's always great about asking hawk questions when it comes to hitting. Would it kill him to ask a question once in awhile of a Cy Young winner?

He had three in his first three games. His errors have been on throws. Remember Konerko is pretty damn good at scooping the ball.

We're just not putting up enough offense at home. That .219 batting average coming into the game is one of the craziest stats ever.

Soxbadger
Um those hr's werent the catchers fault. Pitches that are located in those spots are going to get hit hard, the second batter Castro tapped the ground which generally means that the catcher wants the ball down. Clayton's location missed high... I really doubt that he called for back to back meatballs.
Frankensteiner
I think Richard could be a good #4/#5 starter in the AL. With that said, people here are seriously overrating him if they wouldn't include him in a trade for an All-Star pitcher in his prime.
