MurcieOne
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 25, 2010 -> 10:16 PM) Hm. The Bulls are playing some really good basketball, and we're seeing the evolution of Derrick Rose's shooting game. The evolution of DR1's shooting game is the difference between Rose becoming a perennial all-star or becoming just "a guy." Suffice to say, Rose is playing the best basketball of his young career. He is taking over games and bettering good competition.

Steve9347
Seriously, is there a cooler player in the NBA than Joakim Noah? I struggle to find someone out there who you can tell loves the game as much as he does and loves to win as much as he does. I don't think we give the organization enough credit for this draft pick. He is playing through a lot of pain, and this quote makes me giddy. ''When you get caught up in the game, you start forgetting about it,'' Noah said of the pain. ''It was pretty painful. It just feels good right now because we beat three solid teams in a row."
southsider2k5
Nice to see the Bulls on this run, especially after dropping the first two to horrible teams.

Needless to say I'm happy with the way things turned out in that draft because as the team stands now Noah and Rose are the only 2 players I think should be on the 5 year plan for the Bulls. On an unrelated note it seems Amare is on the market now and it would be amazing if we could package Deng and Tyrus or Hinrich to acquire him. That is why I take jabs at Luol Deng a few times when Joakim had a quote after a game. Something like "He (Deng) was mad at me cause I stole a rebound away from him. But I don't care about statistics and all that stuff, I play to win."

Im even liking me some Hinrich... everyone else.. please leave Apparently, Hinrich to Lakers is ESPNs new odd rumor. Kirk to the LA for Morrison and Fisher. Or how about Kirk on the Cavs? For Ilgauskas. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/333394-...ls-kirk-hinrich I'd much rather trade Salmons at this point. as he doesn't fit in at SG like Kirk, and I like a Kirk-Rose backcourt for ball movement. It doesn't matter how much cap room you have, if you suck, no one is going to want to come here for just Rose.
