Balta1701
QUOTE (SockMe @ Jan 8, 2010 -> 08:51 PM) Bosh to Chi-Town? http://dimemag.com/2010/01/nba-trade-rumor...h-to-the-bulls/ Basically this just appears to be something random that was floated on Boers and Bernstein and has taken off because it works on the trade machine. nitetrain8601
QUOTE (SockMe @ Jan 8, 2010 -> 07:51 PM) Bosh to Chi-Town? http://dimemag.com/2010/01/nba-trade-rumor...h-to-the-bulls/ It's yesterday's news and to me it sounds alot more like speculation and wishful thinking. The Houston one has more legs to it IMO because Bosh is from Texas, fits the Chris Webber role in Adelman's offense very nicely, and they have a lot of good parts(not great) that they can give up. SoxAce
What a sloppy game to watch. Yet the Bulls still lose. In other news, there's snow in my backyard..

Vinny needs to take all the players, and have them shoot 3's at practice. When you get 100 3's you can go home.

Quin
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jan 9, 2010 -> 08:40 AM) They would still be shooting at game time. Then that's how they'll play, just shooting 3's. Gosh darn it, this is a problem that needs fixing. Also, I want to see the Joakim 3-pointer.
knightni
I just saw something in a Facebook feed that says that Arenas had those guns there when Obama toured the lockerroom a few months ago.
Kyyle23
The Wizards are completely erasing any sign of Arenas from their arena. They also fined 4 players that joked around with him in that team huddle pic 10 grand. Im sorry, but it is getting pretty ridiculous at this point. Im not denying that Arenas did something totally stupid and fine/suspension worthy, but Crittendon seems to of gotten a complete pass on the situation and they are talking about Arenas being booted from the league now. Crittendon will not get a complete Pass. Arenas will not be out of the league, but it'd be crazy for the Wizards to not try to void his contract. Edit: what I think you need to remember regarding Crittendon is...if it wasn't his gun, then the violation of the CBA is less direct, and they may need the full police report before they can act on him. Arenas has admitted publicly bringing weapons into that facility. The CBA says he gets suspended indefinitely for that. Quite clear. Crittendon picks up, loads, and chambers a round in Arenas's gun. But its still Arenas's gun, even if Crittendon is not the one holding it. That means they may not have the authority to suspend him without the police report without facing a legal challenge from the player's association that they couldn't yet win. Chisoxfn
Does anyone want to explain to me why the Bulls would deal Joakim Noah for Tracy McGrady. What sense is there in that? Bulls are going to get cap relief regardless so why deal someone like Noah. I could see if we are moving a Deng or Hinrich and including Noah as a way to put the Bulls in a position where they can offer two max contracts this off-season, but the rumored trade which would include Noah would not do that. I think Houston have said they won't be dealing T-Mac unless they get a real good young asset in return. I think he ends up in Philly though, with Igoudala going the other way (which has been mooted a little).
nitetrain8601
Bulls won't give up Noah to the Rockets unless they're getting someone like Scola back with T-Mac because the Bulls won't even deal Noah as a dealbreaker for Bosh which is pretty dumb. And I'm not even a huge Bosh fan at all. Then again, according a ton of sources, Wade is target 1a, and Joe Johnson is 1b.
GoodAsGould
Id offer the Rockets Kirk Hinrich, Tyrus Thomas, and a 1st, if it really comes down to it can throw in one of gibson/johnson as well which allows us to sign 2 big free agents this upcoming season. A lineup of Rose, Wade, Deng, Bosh, and Noah is deadly even so if you sub Wade for Joe Johnson. The bench would be pretty craptastic but come playoffs you only go 6-7 men deep anyways.
