Alexei is having perhaps his best game of the season, but he's still not all there mentally...not to mention the pickoff at first, although Farmer thought it was a balk move. That ball that Taveras hit where Konerko was pulled off the bag definitely shouldn't have been ruled a hit...costing Richard some ER's that weren't his fault. I guess the Cabrera trick of calling up to the scorekeeper worked for a struggling Taveras this time, at least we didn't go out and get THAT guy, one of the often-debated non-moves of the offseason.
