ThunderBolt
I think this is the type of output we’ll be getting from Beckham on a consistent basis. He’s just been outstanding.

Kyyle23
QUOTE (T R U @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 09:23 AM) No, hes awesome on the road and sucks at the Cell.. much like everyone else on our team. I think that remains to be seen. His horrible start and now his crazy streak have skewed his numbers. Im wondering where he levels off

CaliSoxFanViaSWside
On 6/12 Beckham's BA was .071. In the next 9 games through 6/24 he went 8 for 32 (.250) raising his BA to .172 . On 6/25 after a 2 game mini-slump of 0 for 7, he was benched but scored the winning run in the 13 inning 6-5 win against the Dodgers. From 6/26 to 7/1 a span of 6 games he went 12 for 21 (.571) raising his BA to .278. In the last 3 games he's 8 for 11 (.727). Over the last 15 games in which he had an AB he's 20 for 53 for a .377 BA. The .383 avg in the thread title I got from CSN is off . My stats come directly from the box scores. In those 15 games the Sox are 10-2 when he has at least 1 hit and 1-2 in games he had 0 hits. Of course all this coincides with the recent brilliance of Danks, Floyd, and Contreras and Buerhles regular efficiency. BearSox
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 2, 2009 -> 11:04 AM) Something similar to Ted Williams, 1941, would be fine by me. I'm thinking more along to the lines of Rogers Hornsby's 1922, 1924, and 1925 combined.
BearSox
QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jul 1, 2009 -> 01:05 AM) You should use this picture instead, cause he doesn't even wait until he gets showered up and goes to the clubs, he just does it as soon as the game ends...
