The legislature is in break and they've been fairly supportive and working together. Says there has been a rumor circulating for the past 6 weeks that there was some possible criminal activity going on. Her term was up in 2010, which left her two years to raise funds and campaign full-time for president, undistracted by her Alaskan duties. Fox News can spin this all they want, but America doesn't like quitters, and I don't see how she can effectively run for president with both that label and an "incomplete" on her political resume. No matter what you think of her, she actually seems like an honest politician, and I think she's realizing no matter what she does, she'll get smeared. I wouldn't be surprised if she disappears into obscurity for a while, just to get away from it all for a while. Plus, it's not just her that gets smearing, it's her whole family including her underage children. This is a move that would also protect them. I bet for a while she'll be relatively unheard from, but in around 5 years, I wouldn't be surprised if she tried to make a comeback in politics.
