7/12: Sox @ Twinkles: 1:10 CT, CSN

This game is ours. Seriously, we should own. Baker has a 6.85 career ERA against the Sox yet is somehow only 3-3 against us. Buehrle, on the other hand, has a 3.72 career ERA and is 23-13 against the Twins. Let's get Mark his 10th before the all-star break!

This would be a huge win going into the AS break. If Detroit could also lose, 1.5 GB after the 1st half when 16 players played for Charlotte and the White Sox, isn't really that bad. Hopefully, the bats will continue after the break. The Sox offense is moving up the statistical lists pretty quickly. The Greg Walker gets an extension thread is going to be an interesting read. I'm sure I'll have several posts.

i dont see how you can say this game is ours...whenever we play the twins you have to throw out the stats especially in the dome....hopefully buehrle comes out dealing today

And we're down 1-0. Our players, through 4 batters, look totally out of it so far.

Not sure how you can make that assumption, but ok.

Alexei and Dye just had really strange at bats, where it seemed like they were kinda dazed. At least this series has shown that no lead is safe.

Baker is making our hitters look silly with a 91 mph fastball.

Scott Baker appears to be dealing

And Buehrle appears to be struggling. The energy the Twins had late in the game last night seems to have translated to a quick start for them today.
