SockMe
Great goal by Sharp and a nice play by Johnsson to force the turnover!
SoxAce
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 10, 2010 -> 10:25 PM) I loved Kaner's attempt at a Savvy special. Wish he would had made that afterwards. That was sweet for sure. Edited March 11, 2010 by SoxAce
southsider2k5
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 10, 2010 -> 10:25 PM) Niemi stepped up, big time. I loved Kaner's attempt at a Savvy special. Niemi starts the next game, gotta create confidence. LOVED THAT GAME. Apparently Kane really loves Savvy. It was a cool way to show a tribute to him. ChiSox_Sonix
Hilarious. Avery gets suspended for talking about "sloppy seconds" while Matt Cooke get's off free for a late, unecessary, blindsided intent to injure hit to the head. Colin Campbell is such a joke. Steve9347
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 11, 2010 -> 07:57 AM) Apparently Kane really loves Savvy. It was a cool way to show a tribute to him. Well, yeah, the kid cried when Savard was fired... he's a father figure for sure.

SoxAce
One of the most entertaining 0-0 games I think I've seen this season.
The Critic
Wish it was still 0-0. Bad play by Seabrook.

Harry Chappas
Ugh Huet was having a really good game and that was not really his fault.

Harry Chappas
Nice job by the Hawk defense to stop playing with 2 minutes left
SoxAce
Can't blame that one on Huet. He played a great game. Bad loss by the Hawks not even getting a point out of it.
The Critic
Wow. That was horrible. And now they come home to face Washington? This can turn into a really bad weekend if they don't play 60 minutes tomorrow.

Harry Chappas
QUOTE (SoxAce @ Mar 13, 2010 -> 02:22 PM) Can't blame that one on Huet. He played a great game. Bad loss by the Hawks not even getting a point out of it. With two minutes left that would have been the first game all season that Huet won by himself.....if he makes those two stops that would have been a helluva game. Still a good game by Huet. SoxAce
QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Mar 13, 2010 -> 02:24 PM) With two minutes left that would have been the first game all season that Huet won by himself.....if he makes those two stops that would have been a helluva game. Still a good game by Huet. Agreed 100% all around.
maggsmaggs
Notwithstanding that cheap shot on Soup, I love Ovechkin and am pissed he's out. I wanted to watch him play this game.
southsider2k5
QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Mar 14, 2010 -> 12:02 PM) Notwithstanding that cheap shot on Soup, I love Ovechkin and am pissed he's out. I wanted to watch him play this game. He screwed up with that hit and he knew it. He didn't argue the penalty or the ejection.
southsider2k5
Hmm, learned something new there. I did not know with a 5 on 3 situation, if the first penalty was a major, and a goal gets scored, the second penalty comes off of the board. maggsmaggs
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 14, 2010 -> 12:12 PM) Hmm, learned something new there. I did not know with a 5 on 3 situation, if the first penalty was a major, and a goal gets scored, the second penalty comes off of the board. That's because major penalties don't dissolve when a goal is scored.
EvilJester99
Geez I kind of miss Habby after watching these guys.... I know these aren't all on them but they have let up some real softies. The Hawks will regret not making a move for a real Goalie. IMO
