Loaiza21
Ordonez went 3-4 today and raised his BA to .304. It's been awhile since we've had a guy hitting .300 this season. Maybe it's a sign of a power surge in our offense for the rest of our season. The team ERA is pretty good too. Pitching is the one thing we didn't have in 2000. Jordan4life_2003
LOL...I didn't even notice that. What's Alomar hittin since joining us?
DonkeyKongerko
Alomar has been above .300 and I think he still is after today too.
Wise Master Buehrle
Yep, that last hit got him above .300.
rafacosta
Maggs is smoking the ball huh? It's great to see a winning streak, i hope we can continue this agst the Jays.
Tenacious PW
I got a feeling we may have a couple .300 hitters by the time the season is over. Things are heating up on the offensive side so it'll be interesting.
clujer420
We're killing the ball over the past week or 2, and I think that with the summer months just starting, it's going to continue. And I agree with TPW...by the time the season is over, I think we'll have more than just Magglio at .300. I can see Frank going on a major hot streak and getting up there, as well as maybe Alomar. CubKilla
We're killing the ball over the past week or 2 We did the same thing from 06/20-07/02 then we went in the toilet for 2 weeks. Wait and see. I'm looking for consistency. With the White Sox, it's all or nothing.

DonkeyKongerko
If the Sox can have some success like August-Sept 2002, watch out
Loaiza21
Yes Robbie and Maggs are above .300. Frank is hotter than hell. Woo. It's gonna be a nice pennant chase.
clujer420
It's the end of July Summer started June 21. It's now about a month into summer. Summer lasts 3 months. That means there's 2 more months of bashing ahead of us.

Frank isn't going to hit .300. He pretty much said he has no interest in doing it, because he is going to go for 500 homers instead.
