fathom
QUOTE (Palehosefan @ Jul 23, 2009 -> 02:25 AM) Phegley has got to be getting tired of these 0-fer games, yeesh. I know it's early and all, but it was an overdraft and you wonder if he'll ever get better with wooden bats?
NorthSideSox72
Kanny won, Remenowsky with his usual line to close it - 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K. He hasn't given up a run since EARLY JUNE.

OilCan
Why is this not pinned? Don't look now, but Ricky Brooks is turning in some good numbers in AA.......finally! And Fernando Hernandez....nice. Also...time to call up Dex and Jared from A Kanny to WS. Let's see them play with boys their age. BigEdWalsh
QUOTE (OilCan @ Jul 22, 2009 -> 09:16 PM) Also...time to call up Dex and Jared from A Kanny to WS. Let's see them play with boys their age. Might be a bit premature for Mitchell. It's only been 4 games. I'm not saying he wouldn't succeed because he may very well. I just don't see the point of rushing him this year. He's got multiple hits (2) in each start. Sure is good to see.
ThunderBolt
Kroeger with a two-run bomb, been on a bit of a tear recently.
JPN366
I think the familiarity with Lucy helped Cassel tonight.
danman31
Escobar is finally hitting a bit lately. He is ruining my recent track record of prospects that I liked early.
