Mike witt only pitched two innings of relief in the no-hitter, which was combined. He relieved mark langston who walked four and struck out three in seven innings.

This list is still quite a work in progress. I don't believe Mark will ever get close to 300 wins due to the fact I don't think he'll pitch long enough to do so, but a solid 200+ wins is easily within reach.

Oh yea, there is one more accomplishment (if you will) I'd like to add:

-Played his entire career with one team: The Chicago White Sox

New York Yankees: 3

Chicago White Sox: 2

Cleveland Indians: 2

California Angels, Oakland A's, Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, Montreal Expos, Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Athletics, Providence/Worcester,, all 1 each.

He can though, more wins at this point in his career than Glavine did.

My friend Marcus, who's a Cubs fan, just texted me with "Man, I remember 5-6 years ago when I used to think Kerry Wood was better than Mark Buehrle."

There is the other great arguement in retrospect, and one of the best ESPN.com screen names (which made it over here).... Buehrle>Wood.

Hopefully, you can add 20-game winner to that list this year, too.
