Steve9347
You gotta love Hawk's call.
kwolf68
It was a great call...great calls are not how much you say, but what you say. Simple calls like "Yes Yes Yes...History" and "Do You Believe in Miracles?" is all you really need when the event takes the proper shape. 103 mph screwball
QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Jul 23, 2009 -> 04:08 PM) I luuuuuuv Hawk. Me too.
GoSox05
I thought Farmio and DJ called a really good game. All of them were great the last couple innings. Hawk may be kinda of nut most days, but there is no doubt how much he loves the White Sox and MB.

TheBigHurt
One of my best friends is a Cubs fan and he just called me and was applauding as he said, "Congrats. I bow down to Mark Buehrle."
qwerty
Hawk claims this is his 13 no-hitter he has witnessed.
Brian
I gotta remember to check MLBtv later when the blackout restriction is lifted to hear TB announcers. Especially Wills.
Brian
QUOTE (TheBigHurt @ Jul 23, 2009 -> 04:13 PM) One of my best friends is a Cubs fan and he just called me and was applauding as he said, "Congrats. I bow down to Mark Buehrle." Really? My a**hole friend texted me, "Too bad there weren't many fans there to see it."
TheBigHurt
Really? My a**hole friend texted me, "Too bad there weren't many fans there to see it." That's a pretty idiotic thing to say when apparently it's getting a mass of TV coverage and OBVIOUSLY is big history.
G&T
I missed the game because I had to study for the Bar exam. f*** the Bar exam. Wow, that Wise catch was ridiculous. Edited July 23, 2009 by G&T
bjm676
I have yet to hear from my Cub fan friends. But F*** 'em. I didn't say anything when that clown Zambrano pitched a no-no.
103 mph screwball
I actually didn't hear Hawk's call until the replays. I was too busy running around my house screaming and having a baseballgasm.
