greg775 Posted July 25, 2009 Share Posted July 25, 2009 Man one day later we are three out in the loss column. Really if you ever could predict a "letdown" day this would be it. Hitting the road to play a DH after the perfect game celebration and the very emotional series with the defending AL champs in which we won 3 of 4. It cried letdown. That said, we got to win one of the next two and leave town three back in the loss column, five out would not be good and we'd effectively gotten Detroit back on track after the Seattle series. Yeah. I think the worst time to have a double header is after our team is coming off the high of a perfect game, not to mention a tough series vs the Rays. Hopefully the Sox rebound this afternoon.
