Spiff Posted July 23, 2003 Share Posted July 23, 2003 indeed. like i said, he has not payed attention to anything within the last 10 years, but maybe i was being too generous. also, howard cosell was the f***ing man. he didn't kiss up to any athletes like they were gods, like broadcasters do nowadays. his interviews with muhammad ali are classic. they would go back and forth with their own verbal jabs but the respect was there.
