Princess Dye
Not a word exchanged between Jose and Ozzie there. The funny thing is Ozzie's real track record of truly openly/visibly disliking players has been those of Hispanic origin. Completely the opposite of what he's often been accused of. TheBigHurt
Ha ha classic Hawk. I wonder if we'll ever see him follow his pal Blyleven into profanity land Always entertaining. The most memorable Hawk blowup IMO has to be, "What are you DOING, Brian Gorman? Are you NUTS?!"
jphat007
Bring up Hudson. Can't be any worse than that.

maggsmaggs
I hope I never see Jose start another Sox game. He's back to where he was when he went to the minors. Give Torres or hell even Hudson, but I don't want to watch another Jose Contreras walk fest ever again.
maggsmaggs
Can't let Lackey get confident now. We are hitting him well and putting men on base. This game is going to have many many runs if we continue our solid approach at the plate.

Princess Dye
Honestly based on what DJ has been doing since being here....ive always wondered why we never see too much of a call for him to get a rotation spot. On top of that we now have Peña
maggsmaggs
How scary is it that two of our draft picks from 2008 could be in the majors by the end of the year?

Wtf You continue trotting Contreras out there every 5 days as a #4 in hopes of a good performance, which isn't out of the question and also because you pay him 10 million dollars. As far as #5, Torres, Garcia, and maybe Dan Hudson seem to be options. Like I've been saying, give Torres a shot.

greg775
So not only do we not have a #5 until Peavy comes back but our #4 is now up for grabs. Wtf Yep, things can change in a hurry. Torres better fill the role Clayton filled before. No Poreda, no Clayton to throw in there.

SoxFan1
LMAO at that entire play. Thome hit himself in the helmet on the backswing. Then an error on the 3B, then JD "hauls" to 3rd.
