ThunderBolt
This was a fantastic game. Lineceum was absolutely filthy, and would have gotten a CG win if it wasn’t for the umpires blowing a call at 1st. Uribe destroyed that ball too.

WilliamTell
I think it'd be awesome if both the Giants and Rockies passed the Dodgers, don't see it happening though.

While he was frustrating at times he was also one of my favourite players.
witesoxfan
QUOTE (Ozzie Ball @ Aug 12, 2009 -> 11:12 PM) Me too. While he was frustrating at times he was also one of my favourite players. I won't miss the Tasmanian Devil part of him. I will miss the great defense and underappreciated clutch and gutsy play.
Swingandalongonetoleft
He is missed sorely. On a side note I think he stranded seven before he decided enough baseball had been played and won the game.
Jordan4life_2007
The NL wildcard is shaping up to be a pretty exciting race down the stretch between two pretty good teams (by NL standards). I think I read that the Rockies were something like 42-18 since Jim Tracy took over. And the Giants have the top staff in the game.

lostfan
QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Aug 13, 2009 -> 01:46 PM) What are your feelings on the 2008 version? I loved what he did for us at 3B last year. I was kind of mad at first that we were paying him so much, but it was a relief to have him on the team when Crede went down.
JorgeFabregas
Not sure what his defensive numbers are, but he's having a pretty nice year at the dish (slightly better than his career average). I watched part of this game--he's still kinda chubby. Edit: Worst UZR of his career, but it's a small sample size.
