I think you have to wrong guy when it comes to additude problems. I mae an effort to watch almost every start of his and to me he has some of the best stuff out there. Plus he seems to be a very nice kid and very respectfull and whne the anoucers talk about him they always say what a nice kid he is and stuff like that. Like I said I think you may have the wrong guy on this one.

Oh yeah if a Colon trade does go down(I doubt one does) he would be the player I demand 1st. Then I would try and get Foppert and maybe Feliz.

A couple years ago, both these guys played for the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, which stadium lies within a mile of my house, so I would see them often. Ainsworth, Jensen, and Nathan also played there. They've got a kid now named Jesse Floyd who I think will be there before too long.

you may very be right and i am wrong on this.

here is how i saw it, williams wasn not listening to the coaches but wanted to do it his way, furhter extending his production,

he went to the mound with a different mind set than that of his coaches or his catcher

when he finally started to pay attention and work on what is needed he flew thru the minors, however he does sometimes revert to his knowledge more than what was taught to him.

all this i got from different chats, concerning the gaints on williams.

so as i said this was my interpretation and my opinion, and i could be wrong.

He could have been like that in the minors and changed I guess but since I have watched him in the majors he seems like a nice person.

BTW I wasn't tring to critize you just stating my oppionion on the situtation

Yea, I agree. If we do trade Colon to the Giants, we HAVE to get Williams in return(he's a freakin stud), and after him I'd ask for Foppert(who has potential to be the best of all of S.F.'s pitchers) or Ainsworth, then I'd ask for Matt Cain, who is injured for the rest of the year, but if he can come back, then I think he'll be a good ML starter. I hope Cain doesn't lose any velocity though b/c he throws high 90's that can reach 100 mph, and I'd love to have a power pitcher in our system since we don't have that many.

I'd just make sure the Sox got Williams and Foppert (I like Ainsworth too), but those are the two I'd make sure to get. After that I'd hardball them for Ainsworth or another one of their power pitchers.

Williams is a stud, so is Foppert.

I just hope this team makes the playoffs, cause if they keep all these guys and fail, I'm gonna be awfully pissed when i see Williams and Foppert dominating for the Giants when they could of been dominating for the Sox with Garland, Loaiza and Buehrle.

i wasn't angry and i accepted your opinion as i hope you will accept mine.

btw, i heard the clayton could be a nice guy when he wanted too, and look at him, he was an asshole in the clubhouse.

just wanted to point this out. :D

Im against trading Colon for one reason. It would be a sign of us conceding defeat. We are trying to win this division this year, not next year. If we make any trades it better be us giving up the prospects and getting the big name star. Not vice versa. Vice versa is our surrender...

i really don't think the sox will make another trade except for colon.

but lets say we are in the race, getting 2 players who can help us now for let say colon to me is not giviing up the race.

we all have bitter memories on the white flag trade that i think jr will not allow that to happen again.

all the thoughts are base on who we get in return, us fans are not as dumb and can see things thru lies.
