Hanky Panky
QUOTE (DonkeyKongerko @ Sep 1, 2009 -> 07:40 PM) WOW, did not think Pods had a chance at that one. Web gem fer sure I thought the same. Will definitely be a web gem.
Paulie4Pres
It's amazing how Pods can look so good on that play, and so bad on more routine s***... Absolutely amazing. Rios should still be in CF though.
BigSqwert
QUOTE (iamshack @ Sep 1, 2009 -> 07:39 PM) Wow, what a catch by Scottie, one of the few players that seemingly gives a s*** anymore. Don't say that. I keep being told he's the worst player we have ever signed.
jphat007
QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Sep 1, 2009 -> 07:41 PM) Don't say that. I keep being told he's the worst player we have ever signed. And that we should get rid of him at our first convenience.
Paulie4Pres
Pods and AJ are pretty much the only guys on this team that seem to give a s*** on a nightly basis.

southsider2k5
QUOTE (iamshack @ Sep 1, 2009 -> 07:37 PM) Yeah, you have a definite issue with him. You know, there are 6-7 other players failing consistently on our team. Perhaps you could pay more attention to them. Forget it, he's rolling. I don't understand how he could have such an MVP caliber first half, and play the way he has in the second half... It's like he's playing with one arm or something. iamshack
QUOTE (CQMVP @ Sep 1, 2009 -> 08:05 PM) I don't understand how he could have such an MVP caliber first half, and play the way he has in the second half... It's like he's playing with one arm or something. It seems like he runs out of gas or something. This isn't the first time this has happened to him. I try not to make judgments based on emotions that I can see on tv, but it's so frustrating that he just doesn't seem to give a s***. It's as if he is just floating through the last few months without a care in the world...

santo=dorf
It feels like I haven't mentioned it in awhile, so I figure I better get back at it. Alex Rios has a .494 OPS since joining the White Sox (56 abs). that is FOUR f***ING NINTY FOUR/ That is a line of .179 .190 .304 Also 16K's in 56 at-bats. Over his typical season that would be 184 k's. ....and people thought Swisher K'd a lot......and people thought Swisher was owed a lot of money....
