greg775
I show up after wins, too. Give me a break. I watched the entire extra innings of the Mariners game and wanted us to win. I'm serious with my question. We never talk about the Twins and they are about ready to play for the marbles. They are only four back in loss column and get to play the Tigers. I really was curious if people though Det would lose out to the Twinks.

The Tigers are already cursed, they're not winning s***. If the Sox refuse to take what's theirs then Minny gladly will. The final two weeks here could come down to a battle of managers, and if it does then Gardy will whoop Ozzie's ass like he always does. But what SHOULD happen is the Sox should wake the f*** up and start playing like they're capable of, because talent-for-talent we're the best club in this divison. Sometimes I think that truly is the case. Other times our players don't thrill me. I would say we have underachieved, though. It seems every year on paper we think we have a great bullpen. scenario
Twins beat the Tigers 6-2 today to reduce the division lead to 2. Major sphincter tightening going on in Detroit.
knightni
And the Sox are the "special" kid in the corner touching himself.
southsider2k5
Its a shame the Sox aren't playing worth a s***, because they could be running away with this division.
SoxAce
Even with Morneau down, the Twins are not f***ing around. I believe they've won 6 in a row. They smell blood, and the Tigers fans are very worried of a potential choke job.

kapkomet
What a disgrace this whole division is. Isn't it amazing how the Twins do this s*** every year? They have balls, something the other Central teams seem to be lacking.
greg775
Nice win by Detroit to avoid the disaster. They have some breathing room again at 3 games. Should be interesting to see the hitless wonders play the Twins this week. Hope our bats awaken.
