If you want to try the one I settled on its in the NO playbook, singleback, y trips, saints seams, hot route TE to an out and rb on a drag (right stick down) I dont think theres any designed pitch plays. None of the Wildcat plays specifically state option, but there are several that can be run as an option play. Did you not see how many throws he airmailed? One out of every four passes was bad.
