moochpuppy
The White Sox will pay tribute to Frank Sinatra and friends with its first-ever Rat Pack Night on July 25, the Chicago Tribune reported. Entertainment includes tailgating, Rat Pack cover bands, Sinatra stylists and a postgame mini-concert before the fireworks show. Win number eight in a row for old blue eyes. The Critic
Another lame gimmick night... "Boo Hoo Hoo, you had me then you lost me!!" On a related note, Frank Sinatra Jr can't sing worth a damn. His rendition of My Kind Of Town the other night was horrifying.
Loaiza21
I was going to go but I guess I have to stay home.
CubKilla
"Boo Hoo Hoo, you had me then you lost me!!" Phil Hartman did a great Sinatra on SNL. As for your opinion on "gimmick nights"..... I totally agree. Why is it that the White Sox cater to f***ing old people and kids? The kids I can see. But what is going on at Comiskey for the 20-somethings? I'll tell you what. Nothing. One kids day a month on Sundays. Mondays and Tuesdays are strictly half-price nights. Rat Pack Day, Carribbean Night (WARNING: BUFFET FANS), Elvis Night, I mean..... WTF????? Everything is for old people and brats!!!!! Gallas got to go. He couldn't promote a Ronnie Woo-Woo Pinyata Night properly..... the REAL Ronnie Woo-Woo . Guest JimH
CubKilla ... if you want to know what's going on at the ballpark for 20-somethings, just wander around the centerfield concourse between innings, or go up on the fan deck. Especially try Mondays and Tuesday nights. Can you say "hot 20-something women"? That's better than any promotion they can or can't do for 20-somethings. I'll have to try to get out on Mondays and Tuesdays then. Because of work schedules and friends, I only usually get to go on the weekends. Hot chicks can change that though

The Critic
Would you rather be collecting Beanies or Celebraducks? ...neither? Giveaways are fine with me, though - it's the dumbass gimmicks that piss me off. 70's night, bulls*** Elvis crap, f***ing DOG DAYS, all that s***. Rob Gallas Pinata Night would be okay by me too... I must say that the 'talent" at Sox games is at an all-time high! Of course, since I'm married, I have to do the Seinfeld thing and look at the hot chicks like I'd look at an eclipse! ( In my best Seinfeld impression, which isn't very good: ) "You take a quick glance, then LOOK AWAYYYYY!!!!"
Guest JimH
And let's not forget the hot 30-something women ... There are LOTS of them too ... Mercy!
