League
Anyone else think we should look into signing this guy to set up with Thornton? It'd give us two nasty set up arms behind Jenks, and Myers has previous closer history if Bobby can't rebound. chw42
No. Health is an issue and the guy is an ass hole.
League
QUOTE (chw42 @ Oct 4, 2009 -> 10:52 AM) No. Health is an issue and the guy is an ass hole. Asshole, yes. But moving to the bullpen may help him with the health problems.
Kalapse
QUOTE (League @ Oct 4, 2009 -> 11:08 AM) Asshole, yes. But moving to the bullpen may help him with the health problems. They've already tried that and it really didn't work. Brett Myers is also more than just your average asshole he's a legitimately bad guy who I refuse to cheer for. Dick Allen
I don't know why the White Sox would trade for a wife beater.
Balta1701
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Oct 4, 2009 -> 10:44 AM) I don't know why the White Sox would trade for a wife beater. To be fair, he is a free agent, they wouldn't have to trade for him. But...yeah.

WCSox
QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ Oct 5, 2009 -> 02:51 PM) Can we bring back Will Cordero too? Or Albert Belle. I'm glad that Kenny considers character more important than Schueler did.

Steve9347
QUOTE (rockren @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 05:03 PM) No way we see this guy in pinstripes next year...he's more likely to be sporting orange in a prison somewhere. The Cubs will sign him for $10 mill a season and then wonder why he doesn't fit into the clubhouse.
